Sanggala Mountaineers continues outreach initiative with “Share a Life Program”

Each and everyone of us has our own ways of de-stressing. For someone like me whose 9 to 5 is stressful and energy-draining, I de-stress by doing calligraphy, blogging and indulging in my adult coloring books.

Some people de-stress by doing sports, traveling or shopping. There are those who mix philanthropy and charity with their hobbies. Often, banding together to provide relief and hope to others while doing the things they love most.
