The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
The Louvre Museum has 8.5 million visitors per year. This blog was viewed about 140,000 times in 2011. If it were an exhibit at the Louvre Museum, it would take about 6 days for that many people to see it.

Apparently, in spite of me being moody, prone to ranting and sometimes utterly prone to producing brain farts — people still find in their hearts to read the things I write. THANK YOU! At the risk of me crying like a freaking baby, I know that the words I write are nothing compared to the brilliant things you also produce.
I am happy. This blog is my only source of getting out what I feel so I really appreciate when people try to reach out. And even if I look like I don’t shut up or even if I look smug, I am actually very shy in person. I don’t talk much when I am with other people and it will take people that’s really close to me to make me open up. I don’t like sharing emotions with other people, and I am not the type that trusts people easily. So weird as it may sound, my only source of ranting and saying what I feel is this blog.
I know I say a lot of things and often times prone to BS, but I am happy and honored that there are people who find meaning in what I write.
Anyway, at the risk of this post sounding like an Oscars speech, I am gonna shut my mouth and will just promise to continue writing. I owe it to you, after all 🙂
