If you love classical music, and if you adore Japan …

“Play for Japan” will feature acclaimed Japanese artists: Ms. Miyako Kuwae (classical singer) and Ms. Kunie Tatsuta (pianist), as well as the Philippine Tourism Authority’s chorale group La Mer, gospel choir Joyful Voice, and the Manila Glee Club. Note that all agreed to perform on gratis for this very worthy cause.

The first leg of the concert will be on Apr. 30, 2011 Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium RCBC Plaza, Ayala Ave. Makati City. Tickets retail for P1,000 (inclusive of drinks and snack); and a second concert will be held on May 7, 2011 at the Serenade Hall, Legaspi Village, Makati City. Tickets for the May 7 concert retails for P500.

All proceeds will go to to the Japanese Red Cross for the Tohoku-Pacific Ocean earthquake and tsunami victims. For more information or to get tickets, call or text (0949) 843-0480.
